Sounds strange, what’s it all about? – In simple terms, it’s mains water that’s been passed through a filtration process to remove all the minerals and deposits. Regular water from the tap contains dissolved solids (minerals such as calcium). If you sprayed tap water onto your windows it would leave streaks, spots and marks when it evaporates, DISASTER!!
How’s It Made?
Mains water passes through an RO (reverse osmosis) system. This first stage removes the majority of the impurities and dissolved solids. After this stage the water goes through a DI (deionisation) process where ion exchange resins get rid of the remaining charged particles. The purest water has a TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) level of 0.00. Pure water can be made at home using various filters (RO) and (DI) or purchased from a supplier of the finished product. Water with a TDS level of 0.00 is perfect for window cleaning and won’t leave any marks so the windows can be left to dry naturally.

Benefits for Homeowners
- Streak-Free Finish: Pure water leaves windows sparkling clean and spotless.
- Eco-Friendly: No chemicals required, it’s the environmentally friendly option.
- Safety: Using a water-fed pole means there’s no need for ladders, reducing the risk of accidents.
In conclusion, pure water window cleaning is an eco-friendly and safe way to get your windows cleaned.
